A Wedding at Hidden Acres is owner by Photography By Charles so each Bridal Package includes your photographic session with Photography By Charles*, a memory card, a release of copyright, a sterling silver and black velvet wedding album by Godinger Silver for all your 4 x 6 proofs, a Chapel or Gazebo wedding with the music we provide for the background, the ceremony and ordained minister, a dvd of the ceremony itself, a floral bouquet for the bride created by Eureka Flowers in the bride's colors, a unity candle also decorated in the bride's colors, and a copy of the vows suitable for framing. All mementos are yours to take home with you.

Extra nights are $125.00 except when coupled with a wedding/cottage package then you will receive a reduced rate for the third night or any extra nights.

*Any Bridal Package with lodging booked Tuesday through Thursday will have a breakfast included at no additional charge.

A two-night minimum is required for our accommodations.
Extra night fee is $125.00.
Note: Some specialty weekends (e.g., Memorial Day - Labor Day) require a three-night stay with an extra night fee of $125.00.

Bride and Groom stay in one of our luxurious honeymoon cottages with its own personal hot tub. Breakfast service is optional.
The ceremony is performed by an ordained minister in a fully decorated wedding chapel or a lovely gazebo, both of which overlook the valley. No guests.
The unity ceremony and the unity candle decorated in your colors.
Professional Photography By Charles (see below for information).
A copy of the vows and our own wedding certificate are provided on floral paper suitable for framing.
A fresh floral bouquet created by a local florist in the bride's colors.
DVD of the ceremony.

The $499.00 Two-Night Wedding/Cottage Package Special:

Additional guests over the eight guests allowed are $10.00 per guest up to four extra guests or 12 total. (Example 12 guests add $40.00) A third night with your Bridal Packages is available at a discounted rate.

The $549.00 Two-Night Deluxe Wedding/Cottage Package with Reception:
Bride and Groom stay in one of our luxurious honeymoon cottages with its own personal hot tub. Breakfast service is optional.
The ceremony is performed by an ordained minister in a fully decorated wedding chapel or a lovely gazebo, both of which overlook the valley. Includes 8 guests.
A seated crystal and linen reception for 8 guests in our beautifully appointed reception facility with a wedding cake, nuts & mints, and a bottle of toasting beverage served to the wedding couple and their guests.
Crystal toasting glasses decorated in your colors.
The unity ceremony and the unity candle decorated in your colors.

When you have more than eight guests add $30.00 for the upgrade to the two-tier cake and the extra toasting beverage necessary to serve our guests plus $10.00 per guest over the eight guests allowed in this package for no more than 12 total. (Example 12 guests with required upgrade to two-tier cake add $70.00) A third night for your bridal package is available at a discounted rate.*

Children are welcome to attend and participate in our weddings but this is an adult only accommodation.

 

Photographic Package:

Photography By Charles (the owner) will take 36 posed, very romantic photographs (not snap shots) using our six acres and the wedding and reception sites to create a concept album that follows the day's event but uses romantic poses unlike any wedding photography. Photographs are taken with high quality professional equipment by an experienced professional photographer who guarantees his work. We share the copyright. You receive all of your 4 x 6 prints entered into a sterling silver and black velvet wedding album by Godinger silver and the memory card of those prints to make duplicates or enlargements at your discretion and with my permission. If photos are not ready at time of departure, they will be shipped to you, priority mail, signature required, with a tracking number. This will require a fee of $10.00.

We are a deluxe Cottage establishment, which caters to romantic clientele who are interested in tasteful, elegant affairs of the heart.

Our romantic cottages are well-appointed and immaculately clean, with all the amenities you require for a memorable getaway, anniversary, honeymoon or weekend tryst. Children are welcome to attend weddings, our cottages however are designed to accommodate adults only.

Our wedding facilities offer individual changing rooms with make-up mirrors, full-length mirrors, and bathrooms for our brides and grooms with a separate gathering area for their guests.

We are a small facility and we do not make a practice of overbooking. Therefore we have a strict cancellation policy. Please inquire when making your reservation.
