Say Eureka Chapel No But A Gazebo Yes, Please!

Say Eureka Chapel No But A Gazebo Yes, Please!

It was one of those days when everyone was eyeing the weather forecast with a hopeful outcast for the future.
This past Saturday it just got better and better as the day progressed and our large wedding party relaxed for their happy occasion on the Eureka Springs Gazebo decking waiting for the Bride, her father and the three children that comprised our wedding party. One son would stand by his father’s side as Best Man handing the rings to the Bride and Groom at the appropriate time, and the other son would assist with the Unity Candle ceremony and tease his new sister, the Maid of Honor, who would help him with the Unity Candle and be totally unfazed by the candle that wouldn’t light or her brother’s goodnatured teasing. It was a ceremony where the laughter bubbled over and you could almost feel the happiness drifting through the air. They had met seven years ago when she was a Soccer Mom and he was the Soccer Coach so you could say that children brought them together. Now their two sons play baseball and their daughter plays soccer while Mom and Dad shuttle them around when he is not coaching and inadvertently part of the planning. These are busy, happy people from the amount of laughter in the air and the generous amount of smiles for our group photograph. It wasn’t really necessary to yell Smile! Everyone, and there were a lot of ‘everyones’ from the Groom’s Grandma through nieces and nephews on both sides attending this small Eureka wedding, already wore a big, happy grin. It didn’t rain, everyone arrived safely, and they all gave us, because the Bride kept reminding them, “Big Cheesy smiles please because I love those teeth?” How could you not know why the Soccer Coach Groom fell in love with this Soccer Mom Bride!
